Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will I receive my order?

We normally send parcels using Tracked 48hr delivery, but for a small additional charge we can send using a Tracked 24hr service. Normally parcels are booked for collection from us the following day, but if you are in a hurry, let us know and we’ll try and deliver sooner.

Are the shipping bags really biodegradable?

We ship most items in our specially made biodegradable mailers. These are made from polylactic acid (‘PLA’) – which is created by fermenting natural plant materials such as corn cob or sugar cane to make lactic acid, which is then polymerised to make PLA – making them completely natural and allowing them to degrade naturally once they are finished with. PLA does not produce persistent microplastics in the environment, and breaks down particularly quickly in water – which is where microplastics often create the biggest problem.
